Heather Boyd
Heather Boyd is an OT of 23 years, mom of three, and passionate provider of sleep coaching to tired parents who do not want to sleep train. Through her online resources, group programs, and one-on-one coaching, Heather provides evidence-based, attachment-based, and developmentally-grounded sleep strategies. She looks at sleep through a holistic lens, exploring health barriers, sensory and temperament factors, and parent well-being to create bespoke guidance for families looking for a truly gentle approach to making sleep easier.
Heather worked in an Infant Development Program for 1 years, and was coordinator of the Neonatal Follow-up Program at McMaster Children's Hospital. She uses this experience to support a broad approach to sleep that folds in the value of movement, developmental milestones, sensory development, play, and attachment. Families in Ontario, Alberta, and Manitoba can check their extended health coverage for OT (Heather provides receipts!).
